1. I think the moods of these images are sassy and super self confident.
2. I think these images were originally oil paintings and were enhanced with photoshop.

I think the artist created this image to represent how strong women can be, the red is kind of a harsh but also sassy kind of feel and although the first women is facing the side he just looks strong and independent and in the second image she is looking straight ahead with a some what innocent but also a super strong and independent woman with a lot of courage. I believe the artist was very successful with the message they were trying to convey.
